Life on board
Spectrum of the Seas has a wide range of captivating activities to keep the days moving. The opportunities for a content-rich holiday are many, but it can be hard to fit it all in. You can try your hand at fencing, archery, the parachute simulator and bumper cars, for example. You can also surf on the full-scale simulator or take on the 12-metre-high climbing wall. Spectrum of the Seas also offers creative workshops, where you can make your own jewelry or bake delicious cupcakes in collaboration with a skilled pastry chef. For the ship's inquisitive children, there's also the chance to experiment in the Adventure Science Lab - a science classroom out of the ordinary. Out on deck, relax with a good movie in the large outdoor cinema on the comfortable deckchairs. You can also take a dip in the refreshing outdoor pool or slide into one of the many Jacuzzis. In the same area you will find a water park, dedicated to the ship's water dogs. Activities abound, but you can also enjoy some quiet time in the library or in the large spa area, which offers a host of deep-tissue massages. The spa area also features a modern fitness center with sea views as far as the eye can see. In the evenings, talented performers put on great shows in the impressive theatre hall, after which you can enjoy live music and good company in one of the many bars and lounges. These are just some of the many things to experience on board Spectrum of the Seas, which has everything your heart desires.
Taste experiences
Many of the restaurants are included in the price, including the main restaurant, which offers several delicious dishes for breakfast, lunch and during the evening in the form of a la carte. The buffet restaurant is also included in the price and is definitely worth a visit. There is also ample opportunity to dine at the specialty restaurant, at an additional cost. Here you can, for example, eat Asian dishes at Izumi or enjoy a delicious gourmet hot dog at the Dog House.
