When you buy a cruise with Virgin Voyages, all 20+ restaurants are included in the price. From 'The Test Kitchen' and their vibrant Korean BBQ, to their 'Red Hot Mexican' and their incredible food market, all of their eateries are included. There are no buffets or large dining rooms. So with a unique room layout, Virgin Voyages has ditched the experience of one large dining room and said goodbye to buffets. While all meals at their 20+ restaurants are included, guests have access to Treat Yourself on selected menus and dinner shows such as Another Rose and It's a Ship Show for an additional fee.

All cabins on Virgin Voyages ships are luxuriously furnished and equipped with modern amenities such as a tablet, TV and hairdryer. When choosing an exterior cabin with a window or balcony, be aware if the cabin has an 'obstructed view', which means that parts of the view will be blocked by a lifeboat or other objects.

There are also several lifts on all decks, allowing you to move freely around the entire ship. If you suffer from e.g. gluten allergies, please make sure to ask the 'Sailor Services Crew' before sailing about any specific requests or allergies. Virgin Voyages has put together a relaxed luxury cruise experience for adults only. The ships are a playground for your inner child. You must be 18 years or older to sail with Virgin Voyages.
Smoking on board the ships is restricted. However, there are several designated areas where smoking is allowed, such as the designated smoking rooms and the outdoor area on the upper deck, so non-smokers can easily avoid the smoke.
Smoking in the cabin or on the balcony is not allowed.
Any smoking outside the designated areas will result in a fee of 500 USD.
Virgin Voyages does not have formal nights in the evening. But if you want to dress up when you go out for dinner in the evening, there's room for that. But it's also perfectly acceptable to wear more casual clothes in the restaurant areas. Their idea is that you should wear whatever makes you feel most comfortable. Maybe that’s a suit and tie. Maybe that’s a jogging suit, gym attire, or a bathrobe.

The cruise line takes safety very seriously, which is why safety is top notch. All ships are equipped with several lifeboats, and there are life jackets in all cabins and emergency supplies in several places on the ships. The crew on board all ships are trained in safety and before sailing, all guests will be required to participate in a safety drill.
Ship classes help to categorize individual ships. Cruise ships categorized in the same ship class are typically of equal size and many of the characteristics of individual ships are common to all cruise ships in the ship class. Sometimes the cruise ships are almost identical, with the only difference being that they sail different routes.
Essential drinks are always included (water, not freshly squeezed juices, soft drinks, tea and coffee), and alcoholic drinks are available at exceptional prices where tips are already included in the price. With Virgin there are no drink packages, however, you can buy a Bar Tap in advance. Purchase a $100, $200 or $300 Bar Tab in advance that is set aside specifically to be spent on beverages - from alcohol to freshly squeezed juices and high-end coffee drinks. Their Bar Tabs can be purchased up to 24 hours before sailing and can be used both on the ship and in 'The Beach Club at Bimini'. Bar Tabs cannot be purchased on the ship and are non-refundable once the journey has started.

Cancelations by the Guest
You have the most flexibility outside of 120 days prior to your departure date. You can receive a full refund on any payments made to Virgin Voyages, not including your deposit. For your Virgin Voyages deposit, you can request a Future Voyage Credit.
From 119 days up to 45 days from your departure date, your available options are:
At 44 days from your departure date, all funds paid are final. - But you do have the option to transfer to another Virgin Voyages sailing up to 48 hours before your Voyage.

Should you need to cancel all or part of your trip, you must notify MyCruise in writing immediately. Please note that the cancellation is only effective once we have received a written cancellation from you. Cancellation of your trip may be made in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions of our suppliers/the individual cruise lines.
