About the ship

There are endless possibilities on board the innovative cruise ship Celebrity Apex

Launched in April 2020, the Celebrity Apex belongs to the innovative Edge class. Like its sister ship, the Celebrity Edge, the Celebrity Apex features, amongst other things, an innovative glass veranda that rises and lowers from deck to deck. The glass veranda, or ‘The Magic Carpet’, takes on different forms throughout the day. During the day, it serves as an extension of the pool deck, whilst in the evening it transforms into a cosy restaurant with large glass panels offering an unforgettable sea view. This is just one of several new innovative features that make the Edge class – including the Celebrity Apex – completely unique compared to other cruise ships.          

Life on board
You can look forward to a lovely break when you find yourself out on the Celebrity Apex’s Rooftop Garden. The deck is adorned with tropical flowers, sculptures and other works of art that blend seamlessly with the sea view and the ship’s elegant design. In these beautiful surroundings, you can, for example, sit back in comfortable loungers with your favourite drink and lose yourself in a good book. You can also watch a film on the huge screen, be swept away by live music, and treat your taste buds to a juicy gourmet burger at the Rooftop Garden Grill. On board the Celebrity Apex, you’ll also find an inviting open-air pool, surrounded by a wealth of comfortable sun loungers and four heated jacuzzis, designed to look like giant martini glasses. The cruise ship offers entertainment in a class of its own. The Theatre blows audiences away with spectacular shows, but there is often also entertainment provided by the ship’s talented performers in the Eden area and elsewhere on board. You can also treat yourself to a deep-tissue massage in the luxurious wellness area, where you can even tone your body in the modern gym with sea views. This is just a small selection of the activities available on board this elegant cruise ship, where you can look forward to an eventful stay on the Celebrity Apex, which offers a wealth of possibilities. 

Culinary experiences
The Celebrity Apex has four main restaurants and six new speciality restaurants. The cruise ship offers a total of 15 restaurants and cafés and even more culinary delights. The main restaurants, which are included in the price, serve dishes inspired by the local regions the ship sails through. You are allocated a seat in one of the restaurants, but you can request a table in one of the other three restaurants. In addition to the main restaurants, the Oceanview Cafe, Mast Grill, Eden Cafe and the healthy dishes at the Spa Cafe & Juice Bar are also included in the price. On board, there is also a wide and varied selection of speciality restaurants available at an additional cost.

The Retreat
If you want everything included and more, you can choose a suite in The Retreat. The Retreat is like a separate luxury resort on the ship, featuring a private restaurant, bar, lounge and sun deck with a pool. As a Retreat guest, you’ll enjoy all the best benefits included, such as a Premium drinks package, Wi-Fi, butler and concierge service, and extra luxurious amenities in your suite. An obvious choice for those seeking the ultimate all-inclusive experience, where every detail is taken care of.

Celebrity Apex is one of the ships offering single cabins for those travelling alone or simply wanting their own cabin.
