The port city of Santos is located on the Brazilian coast, approximately 80 km from the metropolis of São Paulo. Around 420,000 inhabitants live in Santos, which can boast of having the largest and busiest port in South America. Coffee, cotton, bananas and oranges are some of the major exports from here. Santos is also a popular destination for tourists, not least because of its long beach and the football club Santos FC, where football legend Pelé played for almost his entire career.

Orla de Praia. The city's long beach promenade. The world's longest "beach garden" is also located here.
The Coffee Museum - learn about the country's and the city's coffee industry on a guided tour and end the tour with a cup of coffee. The mountain Monte Serrat, from where you get a great view of the city and the sea. A cable car makes it possible for everyone to get up.
Climate
Tropical rainforest climate with rain all year round and over 60 mm a month. It is warmest in December, January and February with temperatures around 25 degrees, and coldest in June, July and August with temperatures around 20 degrees.
