Punta Pitt, also known as Pitt Point, graces the northeastern part of Isla de San Cristobal. This stunning beach is the sole location in the Galapagos where you can observe all three species of Galapagos Boobies: the red-footed, blue-footed, and nazca boobies. Punta Pitt is a segment of a lengthy hiking route, accessible solely by sea or on foot. The hike culminates at an iconic viewpoint nestled on a small beach amid rocky surroundings. If you decide to take a refreshing dip in the crystal-clear waters, you'll be greeted by various sea lions, sea turtles, and a kaleidoscope of colorful fish.

Climate
The Galápagos Islands, situated on the equator, welcome visitors year-round. There are two primary seasons. The warmest period occurs from December to May, characterized by abundant sunshine and clear skies. The slightly cooler season falls between June and November due to southerly winds, which carry the cold waters of the Humboldt Current northward, resulting in cooler sea temperatures.
