Ecuador - Galapagos - Isla Guy Fawkes
Isla Guy Fawkes consists of two small uninhabited islands located off the northwest coast of Isla Santa Cruz. These islands are named after the historical English figure Guy Fawkes, known for his involvement in the 17th-century plot to overthrow the Catholic Church. Today, these islands are renowned as fantastic diving spots, offering excellent opportunities to encounter hammerhead sharks, rays, coral fish, and more.
Climate
The Galápagos Islands, situated on the equator, can be visited year-round. There are two distinct seasons. The warmest season occurs from December to May, featuring high sunshine and clear skies. The slightly cooler season falls between June and November, marked by southerly winds that bring the cold ocean current of the Humboldt Current northward, resulting in colder sea temperatures.
