Seattle is located on the northwestern coast of the United States in the state of Washington, which borders Canada. The city has 630,000 inhabitants (excluding suburbs) and is set in scenic surroundings on a strip of land between Puget Sound and Lake Washington. Seattle is also known as "The Emerald City," mainly due to its many green trees and parks. The city is particularly famous for its iconic 184-meter-tall tower, "The Space Needle."
Worth seeing
You simply can’t miss the 184-meter-tall "The Space Needle," built for the 1962 World’s Fair. At 150 meters, you can enjoy the view from the rotating SkyCity Restaurant, and at the base lies the impressive art museum "Chihuly Garden and Glass."
Kerry Park – one of Seattle’s beautiful parks. It offers the best view of the city, and you definitely won’t be the only one snapping photos here.
Museum of Flight – the name says it all. A fascinating aviation museum featuring everything from large modern passenger planes to historic warplanes.

About the ship
MS Eurodam was built in 2008 and marked the first in the series of Holland America Line's special medium-sized signature ships. The 11 elegant passenger decks include an exotic Asian restaurant, lounge with panoramic views, luxury jewelry shops, photo area and a large bar and entertainment area. Technically, the MS Eurodam is also equipped with the latest in navigation and safety, while comfort and service are paramount on this impressive ship. The ship follows the traditional design of Holland America Line, and it is possible, for example, to experience art from the Dutch Golden Age on board. Recently, it has also become possible to experience world-class music when the musicians of the legendary B.B. King Blues Club perform on board MS Eurodam.
