However, there are several private companies that offer luggage storage, but prices vary widely. Some companies charge a one-time fee and then you have a year's worth of storage, which is not very relevant if you only need a few hours of storage.

Port of Tampa Bay has multiple cruise terminals. Which terminal you should go to depends on the cruise line. Therefore, check your cruise ticket before departure. See below for information on Celebrity Cruises and NCL.

We do not recommend taking public transportation from the airport to the port, as the connections are not as convenient. It is possible, but it takes approximately one and a half hours, and you should expect 2-3 transfers along the way.

Bus from the cruise terminal in Piraeus to central Athens costs approximately €2. From the cruise terminal in Piraeus it is also possible to take a bus to Athens airport and vice versa for approximately €5.

Public transport
The transport system in Athens consists of bus, train and metro. There is a large network of buses in the centre of Athens. The trolley buses, which run on electricity, mainly cover the centre of Athens, while the blue buses cover the suburbs. The same type of ticket is used on both buses. The metro network is so far not very large, but it is constantly being expanded. There are two types of trains in Athens. A tram, which runs at street level and departs every 5-10 minutes, and regular trains that connect the city centre with the suburbs.

- Train from Fiumicino Airport to Civitavecchia approx. 2 hours.
Take a train from Fiumicino to Roma Trastevere and change to line FR5 towards Civitavecchia, there are signs for Civitavecchia. Arriving at Civitavecchia station, turn right when you exit the station to go down towards the harbour (look for signs that say "Porto") and continue for about 10-15 minutes. Here you will need to take a shuttle bus for the last 5 minutes to the ship, which is free of charge.

Parking is available close to the Civitavecchia cruise terminal for a fee.

Private transfer or shuttle from Fiumicino/Ciampino Airport or central Rome to Civitavecchia.

Savona is a small harbour town with just over 60,000 inhabitants - and most attractions are within walking distance. The city's train station has connections to Milan, Nice and Genoa, among others, and most taxis can be found just outside the cruise terminal.

There are blue shuttle buses, including "CRUISE BUS" (it's on the bus display in front), between the cruise terminals to the Christopher Columbus monument, which is a minute's walk from La Rambla. This bus service costs three euros for a one-way ticket and four euros for a return ticket (the ticket can only be purchased with cash).
There are no luggage storage facilities at the cruise port, but you can drop off your luggage at the cruise terminal and have it transported to the airport.

If you are travelling to Nordhavnen, either Oceankaj, Langelinie or Frihavn, from Kastrup Airport, there are several different options. You can take a taxi - the journey takes around 20-25 minutes.
Train/bus
If you are at the airport, you can also easily take the train to Oceankaj. The easiest way is with Öresundståg 1071 towards Helsingør. However, you need to change to the bus at Østerport St. When you get off the train, take the Metro to Orientkaj - and take bus 25 or bus 164, which will take you directly to Oceankaj. Yuo can also tage the Metro from the airport to Kongen Nytorv, and change to the M4 metro there.

Parking in Nordhavnen
It is possible to use the public car park, which is located approx. 100 metres from the ships. There is space for 242 cars, and it is a paid car park with no possibility of pre-booking. Please note that it is not possible to drive onto the quay itself to park, as there are no parking spaces there.

You'll find several cruise terminals in Dubai - ships dock at either Dubai Marina or Port Rashid. Be aware of which port your ship docks at, as they are around 30 kilometres apart.

Taxis
Taxis in Dubai are cheaper than at home. All taxis are metered and there is no need to haggle over the price. As in Denmark, the meter also counts when you stop - and you may well have to do so for a long time in Dubai's dense traffic. You should expect to spend about 2/3 of what a similar journey would cost at home.
Bus/train
There is no direct public transport connection from Dubai Airport to the cruise terminals, but if you are travelling from Dubai Marina, it is possible to take the metro to Dubai Marina and then to Mina Seyahi by tram. From there, however, it is a walk of about 2.5 km to the terminals.
Transfer/shuttle
You can purchase the company's transfer service from the airport to the harbour and vice versa. Contact MyCruise for more information. Luggage is stored free of charge at Mall of the Emirates, during the following hours:
- Saturday - Wednesday 10:00am - 12:00am
- Thursday - Friday 10:00 am - 1:00 am
The baggage storage desk at Mall of the Emirates is located on the 1st floor by the Metro link.
Public transport
Dubai's metro now covers large parts of the city, with new stations opening all the time. The metro runs from about 5 am to 1 am on weekdays and until 2 am on Fridays and Saturdays.
You can also take the bus; the standard of buses varies, but luckily most are air-conditioned. In addition, public buses cover the entire Dubai area with 1,600 stops.

From Amsterdam Airport you can take a taxi to the terminal, which takes about 20 minutes.

You can take a train from Amsterdam Airport to Amsterdam Central Station and walk from there or take a tram.

You can park under the terminal in Piet Heingarage. There is a driveway right in front of the terminal.

You can book the shipping company's transfer.

It is possible to store luggage at Amsterdam Central Station.
Public transport
The cruise terminal is very centrally located, so it is possible to reach the centre of Amsterdam on foot. Alternatively, you can take the tram.

It is approximately a 15-minute drive from Reykjavík Airport to Skarfabakki Harbor.

You can take a taxi from Singapore Changi Airport to HarbourFront Centre cruise terminal. This journey takes about 25 minutes. You can also take a taxi from Singapore Changi Airport to Marina Bay Cruise Centre Singapore cruise terminal. This journey takes about 20 minutes.
Bus/Train
You can take a train and bus from Singapore Changi Airport to the cruise terminal. The fastest route to HarbourFront Centre by train is to Harbourfront st (approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes). Please note that there is a train transfer on this route. The fastest route to Marina Bay Cruise Centre cruise terminal by train is to Marina South Pier st. (approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes). Please note that there is a train transfer on this route.

Transport from airport
Heathrow: You can take the National Express 204 to Southampton and walk to the terminal from there.
Gatwick: You can take the Southern Line directly from Gatwick to Southampton Central.
Southampton: It's about 6 km, so you can easily take a taxi to the harbour. It is also possible to take the U1C bus or the South Western Railway.

If you arrive in Hamburg by plane, you can take a taxi from the airport to the harbour. It's about 15 kilometres away.

It is possible to take the S-Bahn line S1 from the airport to Cruise Centre Altona.

Parking is available at Cruise Centre Steinwerder. Long-term parking is not available at Cruise Centre Altona, but it is possible to book valet parking with our partner Parken und Meer. Alternatively, you can park in the public car park Hamburg Holzhafen - APCOA parking. You can also ask the shipping company you are travelling with about your options.
If you are travelling with MSC Cruises, it is possible to book and pay for parking together with your trip.
Transfer/shuttle
The cruise terminals are centrally located, so you can easily get to the city centre either by taking a taxi or one of the company's transfer buses.

Parking
In the harbour of Kiel it is possible to book a parking space at a special price if you are travelling with Costa Cruises.
Please note:
- The amount must be paid on the day you return the car and it must be paid in cash.
- Bookings must be made by fax or email. Bookings cannot be made by phone and are automatically considered confirmed.
- Prices include insurance of the car.
- The car will be taken over by car park staff who will look after the keys while you are on the cruise. The car will be returned on the day you end your trip.
