Upon confirmation of your holiday, a deposit will be charged, corresponding to our suppliers' payment terms and any fee for cancellation protection. The deposit must be paid to MyCruise before we can confirm your booking. The remaining amount will be charged according to the payment terms of our suppliers and must be received by MyCruise on the date indicated on the booking confirmation sent.
If the payment dates (as shown on your confirmation) are not met, we reserve the right to cancel the trip and the deposit paid will be forfeited. Bookings made less than 90 days before departure are usually only accepted with full prepayment.
It is very important that you check in online as soon as possible. You will receive your booking number and other information from MyCruise via email. You must collect your travel documents yourself, but please contact us immediately if you have any questions or problems with this.
