Built in 2003, the beautiful cruise ship MSC Lirica was undergoing a major refurbishment in 2015. This included expanding the ship with 300 m2 of extra space for dancing and music. The classic cruise ship MSC Lirica offers modern facilities and entertainment in a beautiful experience setting.
Life on board
MSC Lirica has something for every mood. From a quiet library where you can immerse yourself in literary works, to The Blue Club Disco that gets you dancing after you leave The Broadway Theatre in high spirits. The day after, you can relax on the comfortable sunbeds, play cards or cool off in the pool as the sun rises high in the sky. For the active, MSC Lirica offers an outdoor running track, fitness, mini golf, shuffleboard and more.
The MSC Lirica also has plenty of entertainment for the ship's youngest passengers in the form of a water park and a kids and teens club, where hours of fun and entertainment await.
You can also indulge in the luxurious and award-winning MSC Aurea Spa, which offers a host of massages and spa treatments.
Dining
The restaurants on MSC Lirica place great emphasis on quality and tasty dishes to satisfy every palate. You can enjoy the main restaurant, which serves fresh Mediterranean cuisine, and the wide choice of buffets. In addition to the two restaurants, you can also visit the Italian pizzeria. All these restaurants are included in the price. There is also the possibility to dine at the outdoor restaurant La Pergola, for an extra charge.
Accommodation
There is a choice of five different cabin types, ranging from an inside cabin to a luxurious suite with its own balcony. Of course, there is a difference between a 12 m2 inside cabin and a 27 m2 suite, but the quality and elegant design is the same across the board. A comfortable stay is guaranteed when sailing with MSC Lirica. The cabins are equipped as a minimum with air conditioning, spacious wardrobe, bathroom with bathtub, TV, telephone, hairdryer, wireless internet access (at an extra cost), minibar and a safety deposit box.
