Our Price Guarantee means you won't find our cruises cheaper with any of our competitors. If you find a cruise at a lower price with a competitor, we'll match the price immediately

How to do it
In order to benefit from the price guarantee you must send a copy of the best offer as an attached file to your cruise consultant. The offer must be a copy of a written offer from one of our competitors. We will get back to you as soon as possible. We are not able to match prices displayed under any other means.

Reservations
The cruise holiday must be directly comparable, i.e. the same cruise line, itinerary, length and cabin category. Please note that the Price Guarantee only applies to cruises and not to packages including flights or hotels, and it must be a UK based travel agency, as we do not compare with other countries. The Price Guarantee is only valid as long as your trip is not confirmed - completed bookings can be cancelled or rebooked according to the applicable cancellation policy.

We reserve the right not to make reservations for sold-out departure dates and cabin categories, as well as cancelled departures.
